From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, spotless and comfortable. We had breakfast included which was delicious. We ate in the restaurant for dinner quite a few nights and the food was fresh and very tasty. The fridge in the room was very useful to keep water and snacks in. Having laundry washed is easy and cheap. Beach towels can be borrowed daily from reception. Treatments at the spa are available to residents at 20% discount. Collectively we used the spa for 12 hours in our fortnight holiday. They are very cheap prices compared to UK and much better. Tuk tuk’s are great to travel around. Cheap and easy to use. The main D Mall shopping centre is approximately 30 walk from resort. Many diverse places to eat. Lots of shops with a busy friendly atmosphere. We hired a Tuk tuk for an afternoon to travel round. The driver was our guide and a great way to see the sights. The resort staff helped book a sunset boat trip. This left from Station 1 pontoon. Short trip from the shore there was live music. Once anchored out at sea we were able to use the stand up paddle boards, kayaks, inflatables and snorkels in the clear water. Coral Reeves below with beautiful fishes to see. Then as music flowed and the sunset set beautiful. Very calm, very relaxing and many memories to take away. If you require medical treatment there is a medical centre less than 100mtrs from the resort. They speak very good English and the prices are very cheap for treatment and medicine. There are steps from the guardhouse down to a road which goes down the side of the resort to the beach for use by residents. It takes less than 10 mins to walk to White Beach. When there if you head right it is busier and lots of people and hassle and bustle. If you were to go left it is quieter and less people so there’s a place for everyone. The beach is beautiful, the water crystal clear and warm. Mandala Spa Resort is a fabulous location, quiet and tranquil. 5 Stars.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mandala Spa & Resort Villas, and our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially when I sought their help in surprising my wife. I had originally planned to surprise my wife with a bouquet from a local flower shop through the hotel. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the flowers couldn’t be delivered on the day. However, the staff at Mandala quickly improvised, creating a beautiful bouquet from the vibrant tropical flowers growing around the resort. They even prepared a bath adorned with jasmine flowers, the national flower of the Philippines, which added a special touch to the experience. My wife was absolutely delighted! The staff were consistently cheerful and kind throughout our stay. They even joined us for photos, making our time together all the more enjoyable. A particularly heartwarming moment occurred when I tipped the staff 200 pesos at checkout, suggesting they treat themselves to some ice cream in the heat. Later, when we returned to the hotel briefly, we saw them happily enjoying the ice cream together. It was a simple yet touching sight that left us with a smile. The hotel itself is a serene oasis. Despite the surrounding area being a bit dusty and noisy, within the resort, everything was immaculately clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The tranquility was a welcome escape from the bustle outside. As for the dining experience, we were thoroughly impressed. The food, including the drinks, was delicious. My wife particularly enjoyed the mangosteen juice, while I couldn’t get enough of the Filipino dishes and egg-based meals. The only minor inconvenience we encountered was the occasional lack of towel and toilet paper replenishment. We understand that this may be a cultural difference, as we are accustomed to having ample towels in Japan.

This is really the best hotel in Boracay I've ever stayed at! Seriously the room is huge and is so peaceful that I had perfect relaxation during my stay. They've set up an epsom bath for me in the tub and gosh it was so relaxing with the facial mist the flowers the cold towel it was so perfect! They also set up for me a full massage package in my room the massage was so good I was half asleep the whole time. I super love the outdoor shower I just can't believe how nice the whole place is. All guests know how to keep the whole area peaceful and calm you won't hear any loud noise from the other villas. The breakfast here was so good you can have them in your room while enjoying the garden view from the spacious balcony. The staff here really are the best in Boracay. They are so nice, attentive, polite, all well trained in hospitality. In terms of location, I'd say I don't mind the short walk to the beach in Station 3 since the moment you reach the beach you're already at the best swimming spot in Station 3. The depth of the water is so perfect, the sand so fine, and it's not as crowded as the swimming areas in Stations 2 and 1. I always enjoyed walking from the beach to Mandala as you will instantly feel the calm coming from the busy scene in Station 2 as you entered the street leading up to the resort. You can be partying loud at the bars in Station 2 and in 10 minutes you'll find peace and calm walking back to the resort. Despite having your own villa, the wifi worked perfectly and you can easily order food or drinks from their restaurant using the phone beside your bed.

We loved everything: our room was amazing with a huge bed in a big beautiful hut. Big bathroom with bathtub and outdoor shower, private terrasse opening on a lush space. Total privacy and very clean. The breakfast was very good, I especially loved the quinoa pancakes and the French omelette. The massage at the spa was great, felt very complete and great atmosphere. The service and people were very kind & helpful. Cleaning staff was efficient and thorough. We loved the location at 10 min walk from the beach, level of station 3 with the most beautiful and calmer part of White Beach (and also very good restaurant nearby) If we go again to Boracay we will come back to mandala Spa for sure.

We spent couple of days in this resort and I was very beautiful. The resort itself big and quiet . A lot of trees and natura around you. The villas are superb. So spacious , with big en-suite bathroom , open air shower, a nice terrace and flowers everywhere . This place it’s very beautiful if you want unwind . It’s just a short 5 to 10 min walk to the main beach area , and it’s great if you want peace during your stay on boracay. They also have a Spa ( we did not try it ) but it looks very beautiful. The staff it’s so kind. They always say hello and welcoming you with a smile. They are lovely and they make sure that your stay it’s superb. Keep it up the good job 🙂
